Ferrari's customer service.

When you buy a Ferrari you expect the best. What you do not expect is to be drove by Ferrari's & Maserati chairman, Luca Cordero di Montezemolo,  in your way back to the hotel when you finished eating in one  Rome's best known restaurants. This is what happend to an american couple during their holidays, after eat in l'Antica Pesa restaurant  they asked for a taxi but, because of yesterday's Roma-Inter big football match, all the city was stucked in a more caotic than usually traffic jam. Ferrari's chairman was eating at the same place and when he understood that the couple was in trouble,  he offered to drive them back to the hotel. Considering the traffic, he took his wife's Fiat Panda, instead of his Maserati, and drove the couple to the hotel. When they asked if he was an actor because they saw a picture of him in the restaurant, he replied: " No, I am Luca Cordero di Montezemolo, Ferrari's chairman". They were not trusting him in the first instance but when he showed his business card, everything was clarified. Luckily the couple owns two Ferraris and I am sure they are going to be returning customers either for Ferrari and for Italy. When asked about his gesture by journalists  Montezemolo replied: "I do not want people talk bad about Italy, if every italian will do his job and we will act has a team, this country will lead in the world."  I am with him, well done Luca!
